The team oversee the entire employee life cycle. From streamlined recruitment and interviews to supporting absence management, disciplinaries, and grievance resolution. Liniar has an annual performance review system and take pride in our robust training and development opportunities. The HR team also foster employee engagement and assist managers in implementing HR policies and processes.
Team roles
Advisors report to the HR manager and guide employees and managers on company policies. HR assistants handle onboarding tasks, including vetting requirements and inductions. Together, our HR team combines expertise, efficiency, and empathy to create a thriving workplace that upholds policies, and supports employees.
