Quanex's UK subsidiaries
Quanex acquired Liniar in 2015 as a successful, UK-based uPVC extrusion company and has continued to invest in its site, facilities, tooling, machinery and people.
Liniar has become an integral part of the Quanex group and shares Continuous Improvement plans with its US counterparts to ensure best practice across the group.
Avantek Machinery is one of the most innovative providers of window manufacturing machinery and components in the UK.
Acquired alongside Liniar in 2015, Avantek also benefits from regular investment from Quanex, helping to ensure it carries a wide range of machinery and spares in stock for the benefit of window fabrication customers.
Part of the Quanex Group since 2011, Edgetech has manufacturing bases in the UK and Germany and is a leading provider of glazing spacer bar systems, including the warm edge SuperSpacer.
