Underground chambers

Facilities were purpose-built for specialist PVCu extrusion.
Underground chambers recycle over 4 billion gallons of water each year.
Dual mixing plants and automated feeds pipe PVCu into the extrusion hall.
Extrusion hall built with expansion in mind - still has plenty of capacity.

Mixing Plants

Twin uPVC mixing plants with automated feed to extrusion
Run in tandem using the very latest mixing technology
Liniar now has the largest uPVC mixing capacity in Europe
Allows a seamless switch between rigid and foam PVCu for optimum efficiency.
