The Pick team, assigned by a Warehouse Management System (WMS) operative, scans and gathers products for approved orders. After completion, a load docket is generated for FLT drivers to load orders onto transport for delivery.

Stock management involves Goods In processing incoming goods and Replen’ maintaining stock levels. Cycle counting occurs regularly, and full audited stock counts happen annually to ensure accurate records for efficient online ordering and precise financial reporting.
